Giulia Letzi provides an innovative and collaborative relationship with the retailer. When working with Letzi you have the chance to work with the designers and create collections that perfectly complement the lines already in store. This will allow for a uniform and consistent look throughout the boutique, while still maintaining absolute exclusivity on the Letzi pieces. In fact, each piece you will purchase from Letzi will be created exclusively for your shop.

BECOMING A RETAILER
To open a wholesale account, please complete the application on our Wholesale page or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps and expectations.
PLACING AN ORDER
There are two ways to order with Letzi:
1) Review our wholesale catalog to view the collection of pieces that can be reproduced and made to order. These pieces can be ordered directly through our Store Log In portal.
2) Giulia Letzi provides an innovative and collaborative relationship with the retailer. When working with Letzi you have the chance to work with the designers and create collections that perfectly complement the lines already in store. This will allow for a uniform and consistent look throughout the boutique, while still maintaining absolute exclusivity on the Letzi pieces. In fact, each piece you will purchase from Letzi will be created exclusively for your shop. Here are the steps:
MEET THE DESIGNERS
The first time you order with Giulia Letzi, we will schedule a meeting (or video call depending on your location) with your Purchasing Manager to go over the requirements and expectations of the boutique. During this meeting, we will discuss the collections that will be in store, the color palettes and styles the season will feature, as well as the profile of the boutique’s clientele. This conversation will help learn about each other in order to have a fruitful relationship in the long term. We will also review the styles available to order and review past designs.
FIRST ORDER IS ON US
After establishing expectations on each side (as written in section above), we will create a mini-collection of five to ten pieces for the shop, taking into consideration the color palettes, collections, and styles discussed during the meeting. This first collection is created at no cost to the retailer.
Once the pieces are complete, the Letzi representative will schedule another meeting with the Purchasing Manager to present the collection. At that moment the Purchasing Manager can pick and choose which pieces are best suited for the shop and can issue an order at that time. The same process repeats for the following orders. Soon enough there will be enough market research to make custom orders perfectly tailored to the boutique.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE ANY OF THE PIECES IN THE FIRST COLLECTION?
We have never failed a retailer yet, but we understand if the products we created aren’t what you were expecting. The Purchasing Manager has the option to either adjust the order and make a second free mini-collection trial (going through the same steps as described above) or decide to end the relationship with Giulia Letzi.
Our delivery window is typically 30 days. All of our pieces are handmade and can take up to a week of production depending on the piece. If there is a justified urgency with the delivery of an order, details can be discussed with the Letzi team. We will try our best to accommodate your needs; however, please keep in mind the average 30 day window when placing your order.
We offer exclusivity to each of our retailers by ensuring the uniqueness and non-reproducible nature of each piece we create. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, clients will never find the same piece online or in another boutique. The pieces you purchase are exclusive to your shop. The only pieces exempt from this rule are the ones listed in our catalog.
Retailers are allowed to mark the pieces as they see fit. Retailers agree that Giulia Letzi will sell pieces on their own website and social media platforms and will price the items independently from the boutiques that represent them and based on their own clientele.
No order minimums necessary when ordering with us.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages. We offer competitive shipping rates for stockings. Shipping will be included in your purchasing order.
All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed. Payment must be made via Credit, Debit Card or Check when placing the order.
We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind. Every item is checked before being delivered for quality and defects. In the case you receive a faulty item, please contact us. We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn.
PHOTOS OF PRODUCTS
Giulia Letzi can provide high resolution photos on request to promote the Giulia Letzi label for the use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. Please note that these images remain the sole property of Giulia Letzi and we have final say on the usage of images.
You may use any of the images from our website. Images taken from our Instagram and Facebook page must include tags for our brand. We take no responsibility for the images you share on social media.
