We ship domestically via USPS. All order processing typically takes 24-48 hours. Once your order is placed, please allow this amount of time before the item ships. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the item is in the mail.
We want to make sure you love your META piece! If you changed your mind or would like something different, you can return your piece for a full refund within 14 days from when you receive the package. All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate your refund or exchange. Explanation of the defect
High quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete you request.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. You will be promptly notified if the item we receive does not meet the criteria for a return/exchange.
If you receive a damaged piece, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your package. If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time for free.
Change of Address
A change of address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to email@example.com. If you are over the 2 hour window, please contact us anyways; we will try to accommodate the change if possible.
If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
