SHIPPING
We ship domestically via USPS. All order processing typically takes 24-48 hours. Once your order is placed, please allow this amount of time before the item ships. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the item is in the mail.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind we unfortunately do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:

unused with all original packaging;

returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable); and

the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item you purchased, please send us an email at with your name, order number, email address and explanation.
Giulia Letzi + META Jewelry, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Change of Address
A change of Address must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to hi@shopletzi.com
Consumer guarantees
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time for free.
Sales
If products are on sale they will not be refunded.
